Shipping and Delivery

We use Australia Post for delivery of items less than 1 metre within Australia. Couriers are used for any other deliveries.

International orders will require email confirmation for shipping cost before payment.

Shipping costs within Australia are as follows:

     Up to 500g          $5.50

     501g - 3.0kg        $9.50  

     Items over 3.0kg, Rods, some reels, handspears, etc $15.00 (incl insurance)

 Items are dispatched ASAP to enable delivery within 4 business days.

 

Privacy and Security

Customer information is used only to complete the order. Customer information is not made available to any third party.

We do not collect credit card information as it is not used for transactions.

 

Returns and Replacements

We accept returns where a product is damaged or faulty on delivery. The customer is required to email to get authorization for the return.

The article must be packaged appropriately, insured and sent by registered post. The cost of return is paid by the customer.

Warranty issues should be directed to the Australian distributor of the product.

 

Ordering

Orders should be placed using the shopping cart format on the website. Orders may be sent by email and an order confirmation invoice will be sent to the customer for payment.

 

Payment and Pricing

Payment should be made at checkout by Direct Bank Deposit or PayPal. We cannot accept credit cards. Orders are shipped only when payment has reached our account. Allow 2 business days for direct deposits to be completed.

Prices displayed on this website are expressed in Australian Dollars and do not include GST.  As this is a small business GST is not payable on this site.
